ARC were instructed to improve upon a rather basic design that already benefitted from a planning consent, we adopted a modern solution paying careful attention to the material choice as the site is in close proximity to Poole Harbour. The brick solution incorporates texture feature panels that create a sense of quality and tactility. The planning approval gained consists of 2 duplexes and 8 apartments
