The individual spaces vary from 950sqft to 1860sqft suitable for various commercial enterprises and use classes. ARC gained planning approval for the development accommodating the required parking ratios and allowances for delivery vehicles including the in-out road format for ease of servicing. The design incorporates buff brick to ground floor levels and powder coated composite metal cladding panels at first floor, finished with a standing seam metal roof.
