Two contemporary town houses replacing a single existing house has been client lead from the beginning. Both houses have been designed to benefit from the views over Poole Harbour towards Sandbanks peninsula.
The materials pallet avoids extensive use of white render due to the sites exposed location. Natural materials such as stone, timber and zinc have been used as an alternative. The vertical stone buttresses provide a clear divide between the two houses, privacy to the terraces and architectural interest.
