On this former builder yard site on the outskirts of Southampton, we were pleased to gain planning first time for this three-unit development. The three bungalows site across the site maximising the sites value and providing three much needed bungalows in the Southampton area. The designs have been varied slightly to add an element of individuality to each of the properties.
