Borough Council Planners, our vision for an appropriate design solution for this superb site was wholeheartedly supported and encouraged throughout the design process. From the start the Planners agreed that our vision for an “Arts and Crafts” style design would reflect and respect the character of much of the historic early development in the village and would be a positive contribution to the Conservation Area.
The result is a design of sensitivity and quality, which, in terms of its scale, proportions, materials and detailing is entirely appropriate to the area’s unique historic character and setting. The resulting development enhances the area, whilst the architectural quality of the design, respecting, as it does, the location’s unique qualities and character, provides a high-quality prestigious home of distinction.
