Hayters Way, Alderholt is a completed development in a rural Dorset village located on a un adopted country lane. The site had an existing bungalow that was retained as part of our scheme, with four new houses and chalets located each side of the existing bungalow. Retention of the existing unit maximised the developers profits by avoiding unnecessary replacement of the existing unit. ARC gained planning approval on the first go by working closely with East Dorset District Council throughout the planning process.
