The Jecco House site, formerly occupied by Aim Aviation was a light industrial facility in the Springbourne area of Bournemouth. Due to the relocation of the business to a more appropriate location the site was a prime location for residential development.
ARC gained planning approval for the 34-unit scheme in late 2016 after overcoming the loss of employment and other various planning constraints and challenges. The 34 units is made up of a mixture of flats, cluster houses and town houses. The scheme also provides a central amenity area and various Home Zone parking courtyards.
