Duck Lane was a public open spaces owned by Bournemouth Borough Council. The scheme we designed contains a mixture of two, three and four bedroom houses, totalling 50 units, a community centre and the creation of a replacement public open space and skate park.
Our brief was to maximise the sites potential while still achieving a high quality of residential units in the form of generously sized family houses.
