ARC successfully gained planning permission for a thirty-eight-house scheme in Bronte Avenue, Christchurch. The scheme offers a mixture of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses designed around a Home Zone style layout. Our client Raglan Housing Association completed construction in 2014.
