Conversion of existing Edwardian School of English

ARC are delighted to have worked on the conversion and extension of this Edwardian manor house on Dean Park Road, Bournemouth. The building dates back to 1903 and is located in the sought after Dean Park conservation area. Through careful measures and thoughtful planning we have internally remodelled the old School of English into residential flats. The existing house accommodates 7 flats with an additional 4 new units within the proposed extension.
