Planning approval was granted earlier this year on this 0.35 acre site which was previously occupied by an existing chalet bungalow and garage. The proposal was to demolish the existing buildings and erect 3 no. 3 bedroom houses and a 3 bedroom bungalow with parking. Works are due to commence on site shortly.
