Redesign of previous approval on Links Road, Poole

Arc are delighted to present a remodel of a previous approval on this site in Links Drive, Canford Cliffs, Poole.

The existing consent was for a pair of semi-detached chalet bungalows with restricted headroom to the upper floor. Our approach to the re-design was to maximise the sites potential whilst updating the materials to a more contemporary design. Creating a modern flat roof building enabled us to increase the floor area and introduce expansive floor to ceiling glazing improving living conditions and allowing  for maximum light throughout.

The materials palette has been kept neutral consisting of a pale buff brick and light grey aluminium forming a contemporary and warm aesthetic fitting into its sylvan backdrop.
