On ground floor an integral garage has been incorporated to one of the houses and the other benefits from a detached double garage freeing up extra living accommodation within. Both houses create large double height spaces within the entrance halls and open plan upper floor living accommodation to take advantage of the sea views to the rear of the site. Large outside terraces have also been incorporated to the rear of the houses to further enjoy the far reaching views.
The woodland setting is reflected in the design of the houses and the material choices, with Purbeck Stone and natural timber boarding being the predominant materials pallet.
